Bearing steel is generally used for embossing roller because the embossing roller is under great stress, and the roller needs quenching so that the embossing roller hardness is larger.

The sleeves are used to position the rollers. We adopts 2-3mm seamless steel pipe. It is firm enough to bear rollers working strength. This design will keep the rollers position firmly to ensure stable operation of the machine after service long time.
