Steel Deck is used to replace traditional concrete deck, rapid construction, save concrete and steel bar. Do you know why it need split forming type not integral forming type?

Since steel deck use galvanized steel plate as raw material, thickness 0.8-1.5mm, it is thicker.If adopt integral forming,  steel plate stressed at the same time, may lead final produced steel deck the two end with different size, also the middle of the sheet shrink, thus it lead 2 Pieces sheet may can’t  overlap successfully.
